1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of psychic services provided by Psychic Medium Atlanta ("the Psychic") on this website ( https://psychicmediumatlanta.co.uk) By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2. Psychic Services

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must be at least 18 years old to use the Psychic services. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions following any advice or insights received during sessions. The Psychic is not liable for any consequences resulting from the client's choices.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions may be broadcast on TikTok or ‘other’ social media platform should the client purchase a ‘Live’ reading. If the client would rather a private reading then they should contact Psychic Medium Atlanta before purchasing. The Psychic will not disclose personal details to third parties without the client's consent, except where required by law. However, clients acknowledge that the Psychic cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality over electronic communication.

5. Payments and Refunds

Clients agree to pay the specified fees for the services provided by the Psychic. Psychic Medium Atlanta does not charge to speak to spirit, payment is made for her time spent on each session. Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered. In the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances preventing the completion of a session, the Psychic may offer a rescheduled session or a refund at their discretion.

6. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Any form of abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client may be prohibited from using the Psychic services in the future.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, and audio, provided by the Psychic on the Website is the intellectual property of the Psychic. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or display such content without the Psychic's express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Psychic is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services. Clients use the services at their own risk.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The Psychic reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for changes.

10. Governing Law

Subscription and Payments

  • You can subscribe at any time during the month and will be billed on the date you start your subscription or the date you select.
  • Once payment has been processed, your reading will be prepared and delivered within up to 10 days.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account profile on our website.
  • There is a £0 cancellation fee, but please note that once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued.
  • Please make sure you truly wish to continue before your next payment is processed.


Delivery of Readings

  • Your reading will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
  • Please check your inbox, junk, deleted, or spam folders to ensure you don’t miss your message.

Disclaimer

Cancellation

  • For privacy and security reasons, we are unable to cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
  • You will not be charged if you cancel your subscription before your payment date.
